POWER
CARDIO MEETS STRENGTH IN ONE DYNAMIC, RESULT-DRIVEN CLASS

This is our signature class - A 50-minute high-intensity session alternating between treadmill intervals and strength training. The format targets different body parts depending on the class — upper body, lower body, full body, or a special booty & abs edition with incline climbs.
