POWER
CARDIO MEETS STRENGTH IN ONE DYNAMIC, RESULT-DRIVEN CLASS

This is our signature class - A 50-minute high-intensity session alternating between treadmill intervals and strength training. The format targets different body parts depending on the class — upper body, lower body, full body, or a special booty & abs edition with incline climbs.
Lower Body
Hit the treadmill for sprints and inclines, then move to the floor for targeted work on the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting your lower body, with an emphasis on form, control, and power.
Booty & Core
Strengthen, sculpt, and fire up your lower body in this targeted Booty & Core workout. Using bands, dumbbells, and incline walks, you'll activate glutes, tighten your core, and improve overall functional strength.
